Christophe is the head of the Employment, IP/IT, Litigation and Trade & Commerce practices of AMMC Law. He started his career in France as in-house counsel for a multinational company operating retail outlets. His experience, both as in-house counsel and for more than 12 years in law firms in Luxembourg, gives him an invaluable insight into the legal needs and business requirements of his clients. He initiated and developed the first Luxembourg legal iPhone app: iLaw.

  • Assistance and representation of clients to protect their trade/manufacturing secrets, know-how and trademarks.
  • Data privacy advice.
  • Represents clients in both Luxembourg and major cross-borders business litigations (including bankruptcy matters).
  • Assistance with and representation in enforcement proceedings.
